进口自用物品申请表，是为外国（地区）在华非外交常驻人员进口自用物品特制的申请文书。常驻人员取得长期居留证件后，可持居留证件、本人护照或其他身份证件，以及“进口自用物品申请表”，向当地海关提交进口自用物品申请。海关审核同意后，在该表上签批免税放行。外国常驻人员申请进口自用物品，只限一次。
